What’s the difference between the Residence Hotel and Village?
The Residence Hotel is a vertical property located at the entry of our property composed of four small buildings divided up into three floors with a spacious Garden Hall overlooking all apartments and rooms. The Village area features masonry villas with independent entry
How’s the beach like?
It’s a rock and pebble beach that can comfortably be accessed from multiple areas of the village and is constantly supervised by our lifeguards. The sea slightly slopes towards the deepest water more quikly than the other coastlines featuring rocks or breakwaters. Regarding water quality, our municipality has been awarded the Blue Flag for over 5 years.
Is the beach equipped?
All who book a unit at the Village or residence Hotel will find the beach service
(1 sun umbrella and 2 loungers) included in the price but it is not bookable. Customers may choose it as they arrive
Do you have a children’s pool?
Holiday Family Village currently provides a pool complex with a semi-Olympic-size pool, a Children’ s Pool and 2 hexagonal Pools with Whirlpool Tub and Water Slides.
Are pets welcome?
Pets are welcome at a daily extra charge of € 4,00.
Can I take my dog to the beach or pool?
As regulated by a Local Ordinance dogs are admitted on the beach on a leash in the last row but they are not allowed to swim. They cannot access the pool area.
Can dogs enter the Restaurant?
Dogs can solely access the external part of the restaurant.
What activities do our entertainers arrange?
The entertainment staff is present at the Village from June to the first week of September and arranges a string of daily and evening entertainment activities for both adults and kids. Ther service is included and does not involve the payment of a club card.
Children will definitely enjoy Holly Club which will be arranging didactic workshops, baby dance, playful and sports activities both in the children’s dedicated area near the pools and in the toy library.
We also organize football, tennis and beach volley tournaments. Sportsmen will benefit from activities such as muscular awakening, water gym, zumba, brazuca and group dances.
For further information on the hours you can look up the entertainment program available at the Club House.
What does the price include?
Initial and final cleaning of the unit (except kitchenette) bed, kitchen and bathroom linen with weekly change, air conditioning, parking spot, access to pools (swim cap required), beach service (1 sun umbrella and 2 loungers), WiFi, entertainment, mini and junior club, playground, football, tennis and beach volley courts.
How’s the kitchen equipped?
In the kitchen you will find 2/4 stoves, fridge, pans and dishware.
Are there TVs in the units?
Yes, at the Village they are in the living room while at the hotel in the rooms.
Is it possible to rent strollers, high chairs or cots?
Yes it is possible to rent strollers, high chairs or cots but you’ll have to inform us at the time of the booking.
Is there the WI.FI?
Yes, the WIFI is free and can be found within the whole Village area, in the residence Hotel, in the Bar area, at the Pools, on the Beach and at the Restaurant.
What should I show when I arrive?
An identification document (ID card or passport) of all guests, kids/new born babies included (health card not accepted) and booking confirmation or voucher.
if you bring your four-legged friend with you, please take its vaccination certificate.
What are the Office’s opening hours?
During the opening period of the Village, the Offices are open all days from 7 am to 11 pm.
What are the check-in and check-out hours?
It is possible to check in between 7 am and 11 pm at the village and from 0:00 to midnight at the residence hotel.  The keys of the units are delivered from 4 pm. Between the check-in time and key delivery it is possible to enter the Village and benefit from our services and facilities.
Check-out and key delivery within 10 am on the day of departure.
How much is the deposit?
The deposit is equal to the 30% of the amount of a unit and must be paid at the time of the booking or within 15 days from it. Failure to forward the deposit will result in the cancellation of the booking.
When should I pay the entire amount?
The payment must be made upon the arrival after viewing the accommodation assigned.
Is it possible to pay by Credit or Debit Card?
Yes you can pay by both Credit Card and Debit Card.
May I request the Half Board or Full Board Plan?
Yes it is possible to request both the half board anf full board plan.
Our restaurant includes a Restaurant with Self-Service and Pizzeria.
Kids aged between 0 and 3 will be staying at no charge whereas those aged between 4 and 8 will enjoy a discount.
Beverages are not included neither for the half board nor for the full board plan. The half board and full board plans must be requested for at least 6 days in a row or for the entire duration of the stay if shorter than 6 nights.
At the Restaurant you will also find a gluten-free menu available without any extra charge.
What kind of trips/extra activities is it possible to take?
With the free service Marcha in Bus, you will have a chance to visit Marche’s beautiful villages and taste our wine&food excellences. For further information you can contact our Offices that will gladly provide you with all information.
